Must be an active tattoo artist 
Demonstrates mastery in various tattoo styles and consistently produces high quality tattoos
Evidence of maintaining a sterile and professional environment, as well as ongoing education or involvement in the tattoo community
Open to both fine line tattooists & traditional tattooists
Judged on artistry, creativity, technique, client satisfaction, and overall professionalism
