Can be solo practitioners or multi staff teams
Must demonstrate high standards in safety, professionalism, and client care
Provide an overview of treatments offered, clinic setup, and team (if applicable)
Judged on treatment quality, clinic experience, client satisfaction, branding, and industry reputation
